About Quilt Health

Healthcare isn’t keeping pace with science — or with the needs of people living with complex conditions.

Medical innovation is accelerating. Genetic and biologic therapies are rewriting what’s possible for complex diseases.

But delivery systems and data are still fragmented, outdated, inequitable. The result? Patients and providers both fight uphill battles just to access and coordinate care.

The Problems

The future of science isn’t reaching everyone—Yet.

Care delivery is complex and unsupported.
Sickle cell is one example — a condition that requires lifelong, multi-specialist care. But today’s tools don’t support that complexity. Providers are left to chase data across disconnected systems, patching gaps with extra effort and guesswork.
Essential patient data is fragmented.
Medication histories in one place, transfusion records in another. Labs, ER visits, treatment notes scattered across silos. Clinicians rarely see the full picture they need to deliver safe, effective care.
Transformative therapies are out of reach.
Trial sites are chosen based on institutional convenience, not patient proximity or hospital readiness. Seventy percent of rare disease trials fail to meet enrollment thresholds.

Our vision and core values

Healthcare must evolve. It must deliver both excellence in everyday care and access to innovation — matching the pace of science and creating equity. Patients living with complex conditions deserve systems that are:
Coordinated...
so no piece of essential data or care plan is ever lost.
Equitable...
making therapies and trials accessible regardless of zip code, insurance coverage, race, or background.
Proactive...
anticipating what’s next, not just reacting to what’s already happened.
Patient-centered...
built around the lived reality of lifelong care.
Who we are

Quilt is building the connective tissue between care delivery and medical discovery

We are changing the experience of living with a complex disease. If healthcare were designed today, it would be data-driven, personalized, proactive. We're building Quilt to make that future a reality today.
Comprehensive
supporting both ongoing clinical care and access to transformative therapies.
Equitable
losing the gap in who benefits from innovation, breaking the cycle of neglect in complex care.
Empowering
giving patients, families, and providers tools to navigate complexity with confidence and unlock therapies.
Our Mission
To ensure that every person living with a complex condition has access to great care today, and the breakthroughs of tomorrow.
